Our Mission

On April the 18th of April, I had the privilege of attending the Tory Burch Foundation Fellows Dinner in New York and meeting the class of 2023. The Tory Burch Foundation empowers women entrepreneurs by providing access to capital, education and community.

I've had an exciting 4 weeks in Boston on a self imposed writing bootcamp -writing my new book ✍ and going back to my roots writing in the library - Boston Public Library. This book is less academic than my previous books in that it takes more of a practical approach i.e. this one being written for women entrepreneurs rather than for scholars who study women entrepreneurs. So, this trip was not just about writing but also about connecting with women entrepreneurs who would be featured in the book.

In the middle of May, I attended the STEP Project Global Consortium (SPGC) conference in the beautiful Amalfi Coast. The STEP Project Global Consortium (SPGC) is committed to collaboratively researching transgenerational entrepreneurship in order to produce highly relevant, applied research which makes a tangible difference to the business families and their stakeholders around the world.

On the 1st of Dec I had the privilege of attending the 2023 Everywoman Awards in London. It was as wonderful day surrounded by incredible women entrepreneurs and I super was excited to meet Debbie Moore OBE- founder of Pineapple Studios and the first woman to take her company public in 1982.
