I'm so pleased that one of my key messages resonated in this interview.
“Don’t ask for permission,”. Women may typically feel that they need permission to start, build and grow entrepreneurial ventures due to a combination of societal expectations, stereotypes, cultural norms and personal experiences.

This article argues that we need to change the cultural conversation around entrepreneurship by being aware of the language we use, the attitudes we adopt (i.e. entrepreneurial mindset), and the company we keep (i.e networks).
