2020: Invited by the European Commission to attend the Women’s Entrepreneurship Workshop - as one of only 38 international experts and “most influential movers and shakers of women’s entrepreneurship” in Europe.

2019: Invited to join the Consultative Roundtable in Preparation for the New Irish Citizens' Assembly on Gender Equality as a Gender expert.

2017: Invited by the Department of Jobs, Enterprise & Innovation (Ireland) ­to comment on the Mid-Term Review of the National Policy Statement on Entrepreneurship.

2015: As one of only 25 globally recognized leading scholars, I participated in a Think Tank on “Women and Leadership” at George Washington University, the outcome of which was a policy statement to inform an agenda for the OECD. 

2014-15: Chief Officers 3rd Sector (CO3) - conducted pro bono research into capacity building of third sector leaders and board members. Report launched on 29thof Oct 2015.
